I bridge differences and challenges to growth and excellence, and do so with a mindset of wholebeing through keynotes, trainings and workshops, facilitation, coaching and retreats.

In our work I will serve as a guide and catalyst for organizational or individual growth bringing the lens of authenticity, personal power, people development, inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging. Through thinkshops, mentoring, community leadership, development programs, keynotes, presentations and training, I have successfully helped organizations move the needle on culture, change, and inclusion and diversity, created innovative talent development solutions, helped leaders improve their inclusive leadership competencies, supported individuals as they lean into their power and authenticity, and coached individuals to success. I am an advocate - whether in the courtroom, as a mentor or sponsor, at a mediation, engaged in community justice issues, or when focused on equity, belonging, injustice and diversity. I bring my strategic problem solving skills and analytical strengths to all I do. I have tried cases in court, settled cases ranging from small to multi-million exposure, managed teams of lawyers and paralegals as a partner, managed a portfolio of cases as the relationship attorney, learned from my mistakes as a leader, conducted investigations, and most importantly, solved my clients’ problems.

I help individuals and organizations bridge differences and opportunities, create belonging and inclusive cultures where diversity can thrive, and advocate for the muted and silenced in advancement of equity and justice. My commitment is to bring grace and truth to the work we do together, focus on your needs and goals in solution finding, and empower you to create the communities, culture, or organizations where people are at their best.

If you have people, you have culture and you have diversity. Unless you are strategic and intentional with development, management, change and culture, then you are not maximizing your people or their abilities. High performing teams result from the talents of the people, leadership, people engagement and leaders inclusively managing differences. This is where a professional people belonging and inclusion strategist like me comes in.

Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) programs and initiatives often fail because they are overly broad, do not have leadership buy-in and engagement, are not designed to tackle the organization’s pain points, or do not factor in the organization’s culture and climate, among other dynamics. My professional experience includes developing and executing programs to support mentorship and sponsorship, enhance diversity recruiting, professional and leadership development programs, career success strategies for historically marginalized and underrepresented professionals, allyship and bias interruption programs, and strategic planning. Together we will determine what is best for you and craft tailored solutions to your needs, vision, and progress.

Each person we lock eyes with is worthy of connection, belonging, love, justice and liberty.

The world gets smaller and smaller each day, bringing together people with diverse education, perspectives, education, heritages, and more to our teams, workplaces, families and communities. And this diversity is magic when leveraged inclusively.

There is no one definition of success - we each get to define success for ourselves, driven by our desires, gifts, experiences, calling and purpose, passions and interests.

We are better , more effective, happier, healthier and more impactful when we work from our strengths.

Authenticity is our untapped superpower. You were made to pop.

Grace and truth can and should work together. That intersection is my sweet spot.
